Now normally we'd be the type to just SHOWT OWT "XERSISE THA DEEMONS," but today we're talkin' about actually exercising your body to the point of no return! Tough Mudder is a yearly competition held all over the world to test everything you've got. The picture above doesn't lie so even if you're the jockiest jock on the block, don't think it'll be EAZY. The best part about this whole thing (while not trying to die) is they have exercises that enable you to prepare mentally and FIZIKLEY, so if you can't participate by where you're located or because again, you want to live, these exercises will keep you fit and SEXEE BETCH! SW*BJ are thinkin' about going for Tough Mudder next year, but we'll see how the pre-exercises go FURST.

TISK, TISK! As many of you in the PHASHION WURLD may have read, John Galliano, head designer for Christian Dior since 1996, has hit a serious fashion road block as his career came to a halt today with the fashion house after being let go for his anti-Semitic rants last week.

While we respect what he has done for fashion, it is NOBEWTS what has happened and we would rather not repeat the comments at hand. Natalie Portman, current face for the fashion label has come out with her own comments and we understand as she herself is Jewish how horrible she must feel, but we must all push forward.  John himself will no doubt with his talents find a home somewhere else, and by Dior's actions taken on the matter we can't stop going out in their FABOOSH looks with Spring upon us, so we'll say this was a bittersweet day in PHASHION.

Mike Forst, the other half of Anything But Animals has broken out on his own, with a style that isn't as quirky as the sounds he can create, because the talent posessed in this man's fingertips and voice are the bad ass risk taking efforts that bands like MGMT and other electronic indie groups would only take with the help of a remix master.

A Connecticut native, former Berklee College of Music student, traveling all over the country before finding his home in New York, you can imagine the influence he's had from others, and his father, a known musician. Mr. Forst is a TWOBEWTS spitting example of a real musician, taking bits and pieces of the world around him to create a wonderland of sound. His exposure in the underground scene is much appreciated, while his fun-loving personality and work ethic shine through on this debut solo mixtape created for the masses in every genre. SALTEES, the decor is cute enough. There are a couple misses in the artwork on the walls but it's a nice ENUFF place. They stopped serving dinner by the time SW and SNYTCHES got over there, but the bar was open to order food. The seating was a tad quirky, but the food does make up for the lack of service.

WOW. After witnessing this win at the recent Academy Award winner for Best Documentary SW*BJ had to see what all the fuss was about, besides the clear message of the film. Cliff notes for you SALTEE's is it explores the deep depths of how our economy has become a constant state of flux, with the job and home industries plummeting to unrealistic living conditions.


The consensus on this film, besides the riveting facts, ways it could have been avoided and perfectly told story by narrator Matt Damon, is how well this filmmaker researched and did his homework to not just make a film for an award, but to really answer all of America's questions with class and news worthy detail.
