It was time for a change from the basic black and SW did her homework, finding a GORGE theme for us to present to you SALTEE'S who have been with us 10 beautiful WEK's. After DREWLING in our new universe of color we decided it was time to explode into TWITTERVERSE, so CHEK us OWT and follow our PHUN, daily hilarities. MUSAKK was the next clear choice, so we give you the sounds of some TWOBEWTS favorites in the past posts as well as the hit that brought SW*BJ together back in college, Sam Sparro's "Black and Gold." We MUHST give our SNYTCHES another hardy love tap as SW*BJ discovered this WEK that we have received thousands of hits and to make our TWOBEWTS mouths drop even farther, you SNYTCHES have been reading us in 4 KUNTREES !! Ok we cannot WAYT until this comes out June 17th! This will be our summer comedy we DYE for. As seen pictured, Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, and Justin Timberlake star in a hard hitting, RAWNCHY comedy about a teacher (Diaz) who just doesn't give a PHUCK! Theres cursing, dating, cat fights and kids getting punched in the face with kickballs. What more do you SALTEE'S need? Just buckle up and LAFF your asses off. NJOI!

Now normally we'd be the type to just SHOWT OWT "XERSISE THA DEEMONS," but today we're talkin' about actually exercising your body to the point of no return! Tough Mudder is a yearly competition held all over the world to test everything you've got. The picture above doesn't lie so even if you're the jockiest jock on the block, don't think it'll be EAZY. The best part about this whole thing (while not trying to die) is they have exercises that enable you to prepare mentally and FIZIKLEY, so if you can't participate by where you're located or because again, you want to live, these exercises will keep you fit and SEXEE BETCH! SW*BJ are thinkin' about going for Tough Mudder next year, but we'll see how the pre-exercises go FURST.
