OMGEEE. Billboard has brought us a special issue not only featuring the "it" girl of the year Ms. GaGa herself, but this issue announces that we have reached our 1,000th Hot 100 No. 1. Yes, we should congratulate GaGa, but I think even she would agree it's an incredible moment in music for Billboard to still be relevant in the industry and for all the music of the last decades to be celebrated.
